SHIPPING & HANDLING

After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking
Please allow 3-5 Business days of shipping & handling
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once item is shipped out
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
We use USPS for domestic orders (USA) & DHL for international (Worldwide)
Returns / Exchange Policy
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 15 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
How does Spiff Passé protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.
Credit Card Details
Spiff Passé does not store any credit card information on our servers.
